About the program
The PhD Position in Healthy Ageing at Aarhus University (Graduate School of Technical Sciences, Food Science programme) focuses on understanding how sensory cues, product characteristics, and packaging influence the acceptance and consumption of high-protein dairy products among older adults. The project is conducted in collaboration with Arla Foods and includes a three-month research stay in the Netherlands.
Eligibility criteria
- The applicant must have a relevant Master’s degree in Food Science or Sensory and consumer science.
- The applicant must have experiences in advanced statistical analysis.
- The applicant must be experiences in planning, designing and conducting studies with humans.
- The applicant must be motivated to interact and work with older adults.
