About the Scholarship
Griffith University offers International Student Academic Excellence Scholarship rewards outstanding international students applying for undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs at Griffith University.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, student must:
- Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand
- Have a minimum GPA in previous studies of 5.5 or above on a 7 point scale or equivalent in the most recent recognized qualification
- Satisfy all academic and English language entry requirements for your chosen undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program
- Be a full-time student starting in 2024, 2025 or 2026
Benefit
The International Student Academic Excellence Scholarship will cover 25% of the tuition in valid for your whole degree.
Courses
Student may apply for the eligible programs in the Griffith University. However, there are some excluded programs, such as Bachelor of Medical Science, Bachelor of Dental Health Science, Doctor of Medicine, Master of Dentistry, Master of Pharmacy, Master of Speech Pathology and Graduate Diploma of Flight Management.

Student don’t need to apply for the scholarship, Griffith University have kept it as easy as possible. Just apply to study at Griffith and Griffith University will let you know if you have been successful on your admission Letter of Offer.

- Receiving the Scholarship
- To maintain the scholarship deduction you must be enrolled full-time in your program, pass all courses, maintain a cumulative GPA of 5.5 annually, and make progress in your studies that meets your student visa requirements, unless credit prevents full-time enrolment.
