About the program

The Think Big programme is the University of Bristol’s flagship international scholarship scheme, providing funding towards tuition fees for international students studying eligible undergraduate or postgraduate courses. These scholarships are competitive and intended to help international applicants fund part of their UK study costs.

Eligibility Criteria

You must be an international (overseas fee-paying) student
You must have applied to study an eligible full-time undergraduate or postgraduate (master’s) programme at the University of Bristol starting in September 2026
You do not need to have an offer yet when submitting your scholarship application, but you should have an application ID from Bristol
For undergraduate eligibility : courses in Bristol Dental School and Medical School are generally not eligible.

Benefit

Undergraduate

$8,700 or 17,000 per year toward tuition fees
Awards can be provided for up to the full duration of your undergraduate degree (usually up to 4 years)

Postgraduate

Award of $8,700, $17,000 or $34,000 for one year of study (master’s programme)
Includes access to the Think Big Career Accelerator, a year-long programme with extra support and a $4,000 bursary applied to tuition.
