SHE-CAN is a U.S.-based leadership program that helps top female Cambodian students win full-ride U.S. colleges scholarships. SHE-CAN provides financial support, leadership training, mentorship, and  career support to prepare scholars to return home as leaders.

Eligibility:

• Between 17-20 years old
• Passionate about being a leader
• Academically strong (A and B students)
• Graduating high school before January 2023
• Interested in pursuing a U.S. undergraduate degree
• From low-income households
• Strong English speakers
• Already leaders in their school or community
• Living within 1 hour of Phnom Penh to attend classes

HOW TO APPLY:

Please have all of the documents below ready when you apply. Completed transcripts and national exam scores are required, so wait to submit your application until you have all of the required documents and upload them directly in your application.

• National exam score report
• Grade 10, 11, and 12 transcripts
• College or university transcripts
• Must provide English translations of all documents above that are written in Khmer.
