Can I apply to study in Singapore without IELTS or TOEFL?  

There are the foundation programs and preparatory courses in Singapore which are designed to fill the gap between the current level of qualification and knowledge needed for further studies. If you do not have IELTS or TOEFL, this should not stop you from going to study in Singapore. It is very common that students might be concerning about the complicated process and requirement in applying for a visa. Depending on the period of your study and the announcement from the ICA, Student’s Pass applicants aged 15 or older may be required to go through a medical checkup. For health insurance, students are usually required to purchase and pay by the ICA on the type of insurance based on your program.  

What is the language used in Singapore?  

The official languages of Singapore are English, Chinese, Tamil, and Malay. Generally speaking, English is the most widely used language with all the instruction and the sign around the country written and announced in English and other additional languages.
