About this Program
The Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) University Undergraduate Scholarship 2025-2026 is a fully funded scholarship for international master’s students, covering tuition, monthly allowance, and medical insurance. Established in 1971, KAIST aims to foster elite human resources in science and technology, making it a respected member of the global science community. The KAIST offers these international student scholarship for undergraduate and graduate international students.
Eligibility
- Applicants of international students’ status of all nationalities from all world countries can apply.
- Applicants who hold Korean Citizenship (dual citizenship) and NOT eligible to apply.
- Applicants must have graduate from their high school by the end of August 2024.
- Applicants must acquire a minimum iBT score of 83.
- Applicants must acquire a minimum IELTS score of 6.5.
- Applicants must acquire a minimum TEPS score of 326.
- Applicants must acquire a minimum TOEIC score of 720.
- Applicants must maintain a GPA over 2.7 out of 4.3 at KAIST after their freshman year.
- Although at KAIST, English is the medium language of instruction, meaning applicants do not need to have Korean language skills for admission. However, after you get admitted to KAIST, you need to obtain TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) 2 level for graduation.
Scholarship Durations
The scholarship duration would be as long as the program period for about 8 semesters.
