About The Program
The Merit Scholarships for International Undergraduates at the University of Southampton are designed to reward high-achieving international students starting a Bachelor’s degree. These scholarships provide a tuition fee reduction for the first year of study only.
University of Southampton is a member of the UK Russell Group and is known for strong academic teaching, research quality, and graduate employability. Scholarships are awarded automatically based on academic performance; no separate application is required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to international students paying overseas tuition fees
- Must hold a conditional or unconditional offer for an eligible undergraduate course
- Must be starting Year 1 of a Bachelor’s degree
- Must meet or exceed the academic offer conditions
- Cambodian students are eligible
