About the Program 

The UPG Sustainability Leadership Program 2026 is a fully funded exchange in the USA for young leaders committed to sustainability. Participants will join a 1-week sponsored trip to Hurricane Island, gaining hands-on experience, global networking, and practical leadership training to drive community and environmental impact.

Eligibility Criteria 

• The age of the participant should be 18-35 years old.
• Candidates must be motivated and creative thinkers.
• Applicants of all nationalities are welcome to apply.
• Both male and female participants can apply.
• All applicants must have a strong command of the English language.

How to Apply 

• Record a short video (maximum 2 minutes) introducing yourself or answering one of the program questions.
• Pay the application fee of CHF 5 (approximately USD 6) to cover administrative costs.
• Visit the official application
• Fill out the online form accurately and upload your video link.
• Review your application carefully before submission.
• Submit your application and follow the instructions to pay the application fee if not already done.
