Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service, you will representatively attract potential customers by answering the services questions, and suggesting information about our services. In addition, you also may:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
  • Communicate and coordinate with the internal department;
  • Coordinate with social media engagement;
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualification and Requirement

  1. Experience: No experience is required (experience is preferred).
  2. Education: A current university student or fresh graduate in any field.
  3. Skills/Competencies:
    • Interpersonal skills;
    • Communication skills both verbal and written;
    • Attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Problem-solving;
    • Good in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  4. Personal Qualities:
    • Flexible and good at initiation;
    • Be willing to learn new skills;
    • Good attitude, honest, and high accountability for the tasks.
