At UNICEF, we place great value on the role of young leaders to drive climate action. UNICEF is on the search for passionate young leaders to form the core team of our Leading Minds Fellows on Climate (LMFC), an intensive, six-month program designed to foster and harness the talents of young climate leaders aged 15-25.
Eligibility
- Must be aged 15-25 years old
- Fellows must have English language proficiency to work with UNICEF and other fellows at the global level.

- Selected fellows will receive a stipend for work during the fellowship period.

- Participants will have the opportunity to steer the agenda of UNICEF’s Leading Minds Conference 2024 focused on Climate Breakthroughs
- The selected fellows may be required to travel to Florence, Italy, in May-June 2024 (TBC).
